Abstract
Sportski treneri imaju važnu ulogu u sportskom razvoju sportaša koje treniraju. Osim utjecaja na sportski razvoj i dostizanje punih potencijala svojih sportaša, treneri su često i veliki životni uzori svojim sportašima. Još veći utjecaj trener ima na svog sportaša kada mu je uloga dvostruka, kada je svom sportašu/sportašima trener i otac. Svaki trener ima vlastitu trenersku filozofiju. Na kojoj god razini treneri rade, moraju imati odgovarajući stil treniranja, metode komunikacije i jezika, razinu intenziteta, kao i sposobnost da se nose sa vremenskim i energetskim zahtjevima. Trenerska filozofija Ante Kostelića po nekim od parametara nije bila društveno, kulturno i sportski prikladna u svakom trenutku. On je od svojih sportaša izvlačio maksimum treninzima s nadopterećenjem što u fizičkom, što u psihičkom smislu. Ante Kostelić najuspješniji je trener u Hrvatskoj, a u ovom radu pobliže će se pokušati objasniti odnosi trenera i sportaša u ekipnim i individualnim sportovima, ali i koji su prednosti i nedostatci roditelja-trenera. U završnom dijelu rada približit će se uloga Ante Kostelića kao trenera stručnjaka i oca svojoj djeci s kojom je postigao svjetski zapažene uspjehe.
Abstract (english)
Sports coaches play an essential role in the athletic development of the athletes they train. In addition to influencing sports development and reaching the full potential of their athletes, coaches are often great role models for their athletes. The coach has an even more significant influence on his athlete when his role is twofold when he is the coach and father of his athlete (s). Every coach has their coaching philosophy. At what annual level do coaches work? They must have the appropriate coaching style, communication and language methods, intensity level, and ability to cope with time and energy requirements. According to some of the parameters, Ante Kostelić’s coaching philosophy was not socially, culturally and sportingly appropriate. On the other hand, he got the most out of his athletes by training with overload, both physically and mentally. Ante Kostelic is the most successful coach in Croatia, and in this paper, he will try to explain in more detail the relationship between coaches and athletes in team and individual sports, but also the advantages and disadvantages of parents-coaches. In the final part of the paper, the role of Ante Kostelić as an expert coach and father to his children, with whom he achieved world-class success, will be presented.
