| Abstract | Hipertrofija mišića postaje sve češća tema istraživanja različitih znanstvenih grana zbog svoje uloge u organizmu. Pravilan plan i program treninga kod sportaša i rekreativaca imaju najvažniju ulogu radi unapređenja sportskih performansi, zbog čega je bitno istražiti kako različiti faktori utječu na razvoj hipertrofije. Potrebno je prvo pojasniti strukutru mišića te kako tijelo reagira i prilagođava se stresu, nakon čega je važno pojasniti sve čimbenike koji utječu na hipertrofiju kao što su genetika, dob i spol. Postoje različite varijable koje se mogu prilagoditi kako bi se postigla hipertrofija, uključujući volumen, učestalost, opterećenje, izbor vježbi, vrstu mišićne aktivacije, duljinu intervala odmora, trajanje ponavljanja, redoslijed vježbi, raspon pokreta i intenzitet napora. U ovom završnom radu opisani su i osnovni čimbencici mišićne hipertrofije: mehanička napetost, metabolički stres, oštećenje mišića. Opisani su još i treninzi za postizanje mišićne hipertrofije kao i kako hormoni utječu na njezino razvijanje. |
| Abstract (english) | Muscle hypertrophy is becoming an increasingly common topic of research in various scientific branches because of its role in the body. A proper training plan and program for athletes and recreationists plays the most important role in improving sports performance, which is why is it important to investigate how different factors affect the development of hypertrophy. Firstly it is necessary to clarify the structure of muscles and how the body reacts and adapts to stress. After that, it is important to clarify all the factors that influence hypertrophy, such as genetics, age and gender. There are various variables that can be adjusted to achieve hypertrophy, including volume, frequency, load, exercise selection, type of muscle activation, rest interval, repetition duration, exercise order, range of motion, and intensity of effort. In this reviewed article, the basic factors of muscle hypertrophy are also described as: mechanical tension, metabolic stress, muscle damage. Training for achieving muscle hypertrophy is also described, as well as how hormones affect its development. |
