Abstract
Ljudska mikrobiota postaje sve češća tema istraživanja različitih znanstvenih grana zbog svoje raširenosti i uloge u organizmu. Pravilan plan i program treninga i režim prehrane kod sportaša i rekreativaca imaju najvažniju ulogu radi unapređenja sportskih performansi, zbog čega je bitno istražiti kako ti faktori utječu na mikrobiotu. Novi dokazi pokazali su povezanost između sastava crijevne mikrobiote i tjelesne aktivnosti, sugerirajući da modifikacije u sastavu crijevne mikrobiote mogu pridonijeti fizičkoj izvedbi domaćina. U ovom preglednom radu objašnjena je razlika između mikrobioma i mikrobiote te gdje se mogu naći u ljudskom organizmu. Nadalje, objašnjen je pojam tjelesne aktivnosti te njezine kratkročne i dugoročne dobrobiti. Uz to, objašnjeno je na što sve mikrobiota utječe i što se događa ako dođe do njezinog poremećaja te koji su to čimbenici i na koji način utječu na razvijanje mikrobiote od najranijih trenutaka bebina života. Također, opisana je povezanost pretilosti s mikrobiotom te kako udio određenih baterija zapravo utječe na smanjenje tjelesne mase.
Abstract (english)
Human microbiota is rapidly becoming one of the most frequent research subjects because of it's outspread and functions in the human organism. Throughout athletes and recreationalists emphasis is being put on nutrition, so it is necessary to see further into the factors that have effect on the microbiota. On the other hand, new resources have proven that there is a connection between the composition of the gut microbiota and physical activity, suggesting that modifications in the composition of the gut microbiota can contribute positively to one's performance. Goal of this review paper is to explain the difference between microbiota and microbiome and their locations in the human organism. Furthermore, The term physical activity is further examined and explained as well as it's short-term and long-term benefits. This paper also will review the effects of, what happens when there is a disorder of the microbiota and the way each factor contributes to the development of the microbiota from the earliest moments of a baby's life. Relationship of obesity and microbiota i salso described and the effect of certain type of bacteria actually affect on reduction of body mass.
