Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je teorijski obraditi i prikazati zdravstvene, funkcionalne i estetske aspekte mišića gluteusa. Glutealni mišić predstavlja tkivo koje se nalazi na posteriornoj i lateralnoj stani zdjelice. Sastoji se od tri mišića, gluteus maximus, gluteus medius i gluteus minimus te je najveći mišić u ljudskom tijelu. Zbog svoje veličine, oblika i položaja sudjeluje u obavljanju velikog broja aktivnosti poput hodanja, trčanja, skakanja, ustajanja i drugih svakodnevnih pokreta. Sukladno tome,... More jak i funkcionalan glutealni mišić zaslužan je za očuvanje kukova i lakše pokretljivosti u starijoj životnoj dobi. Iako postoje mnogobrojni zdravstveni i funkcionalni aspekti mišića gluteusa, oni u 21. stoljeću privlače veliku pažnju kroz estetski aspekt. U današnje vrijeme, mišić gluteus je postao najtreniraniji i najpoželjniji mišić u tijelu, osobito za žensku populaciju. Teretane i treneri diljem svijeta nude posebne programe namijenjene razvoju i oblikovanju upravo ovog mišića, a unazad nekoliko godina potražnja raste u tolikoj mjeri da se na temelju velikog i oblikovanog mišića gluteusa , te programa koji obećavaju isto stvaraju unosni prihodi i ogromni izvori zarade. Popularnost dobro oblikovanog mišića glutealne regije nekontrolirano raste do granica da se estetskim operacijama, medicinskim zahvatima i nedozvoljenim supstancama želi postići što veći glutealni mišić i time zadovoljiti nametnute estetske norme 21. stoljeća. Abstract (english)
This paper aims to theoretically process and present the health, functional and aesthetic aspects of the gluteus. The gluteus represents the tissue located on the posterior and lateral pelvis of the cells. It consists of three muscles, gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus, and represents the largest muscle in the human body. Due to its size, shape, and positions, it participates in many activities such as walking, running, jumping, getting up and other daily movements.... More Accordingly, a strong, and functional gluteus is responsible for preserving the hips and easier mobility in old age. Although there are many health and functional aspects of the gluteus, in the 21st century it attracts a lot of attention and importance through the aesthetic aspect. Nowadays, the gluteus has become the most trained and desirable muscle in the body, especially for the female population. Gyms and trainers around the world offer special programs designed to develop and shape the gluteus, and over the last few years, the demand has grown so much that based on large and shaped gluteus and programs that promise the same bring lucrative income and huge sources of income. The popularity of the gluteus is growing uncontrollably to the extent that cosmetic surgeries, medical procedures, and illicit substances are used to achieve the biggest gluteus and thus meet the imposed aesthetic norms of the 21st century.
