Abstract | Rad analizira važnost i učinke treninga s otporom na zdravlje opće populacije. Nakon uvođenja treninga s otporom u sportske programe, on je postao popularan i među širom populacijom.Tjelesna neaktivnost postaje sve prisutnija kod odraslih i djece, povezana s sjedilačkim načinom života i rizicima za zdravlje. Koncept zdravstvenog fitnesa naglašava individualno prilagođavanje vježbanja za različite potrebe. Trening s otporom uključuje vježbe s utezima, vlastitom težinom i drugim otporima te se pokazuje kao izvrstan za razvoj mišićne izdržljivosti, snage i koordinacije. Trening s otporom može se prilagoditi individualnim ciljevima i potrebama, koristeći principe poput intenziteta, trajanja, broja ponavljanja i slično. Utjecaj treninga s otporom na zdravlje obuhvaća kardiovaskularno zdravlje, kognitivne sposobnosti i prevenciju osteoporoze. Tjelesno vježbanje pozitivno utječe na srčanožilni sustav, poboljšava kardiorespiratornu izdržljivost, smanjuje rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti te ima blagotvoran utjecaj na mentalno zdravlje. Također, trening s otporom može pomoći u prevenciji osteoporoze poboljšavajući gustoću kostiju i jačajući mišiće. U konačnici, trening s otporom ima značajne pozitivne učinke na zdravlje, pružajući niz prednosti za tjelesno i mentalno blagostanje te doprinosi prevenciji raznih kroničnih bolesti. |
Abstract (english) | The work analyzes the importance and effects of resistance training on the health of the
general population. After the introduction of resistance training into sports programs, it
became popular among a wider population. Physical inactivity is becoming increasingly
prevalent among adults and children, linked to a sedentary lifestyle and health risks. The
concept of health fitness emphasizes the individual customization of exercise for various
needs. Resistance training includes exercises with weights, body weight, and other forms of
resistance, proving to be excellent for developing muscular endurance, strength, and
coordination. Resistance training can be tailored to individual goals and needs, using
principles such as intensity, duration, number of repetitions, and the like. The impact of
resistance training on health encompasses cardiovascular health, cognitive abilities, and
osteoporosis prevention. Physical exercise has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system,
improving cardiorespiratory endurance, reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and
having a beneficial impact on mental health. Additionally, resistance training can aid in
osteoporosis prevention by improving bone density and strengthening muscles. In conclusion,
resistance training has significant positive effects on health, providing a range of benefits for
physical and mental well-being and contributing to the prevention of various chronic
diseases. |
