Abstract
Nogomet je kompleksna aktivnost koja svojim zahtjevima dovodi igrače u povećan rizik od ozljeda. Ako pažnja nije posvećena oporavku i prevenciji samih ozljeda, one se najčešće znaju dogoditi tijekom pripremnih treninga/utakmica koje sadržavaju visoki intenzitet trčanja, skakanja, doskakivanja ili pak duela. Kod profesionalaca i današnjeg nogometa koji se izrazito razvio, ozljeda je među glavnim problemima. Taj problem se sanira velikim ulaganjem u rehabilitaciju i prevenciju. U samu prevenciju ubraja se kondicijska priprema sportaša te različiti oblici trenažnih programa u koji se ubraja i FIFA 11+. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati prednosti spomenutog programa - FIFA 11+ te njegovu rasprostranjenost u svim razinama nogometa i dobima. Prikazati će se i razna istraživanja na tu temu. Ovaj program je dobro prihvaćen u svijetu nogometa, jednostavan je za primjenu i dostupan svim kvalitativnim razinama.
Abstract (english)
Football is a complex activity that with its requirements puts players in a position of the risk of injury. If attention is not paid enough to the recovery and prevention of the injuries themselves, they are most often known to occur during preparatory training/matches that contain a high intensity of running, jumping, bouncing or duels. In professionals and today's football, which has developed markedly, injury is among the main problems. This problem is being addressed with a large investment in rehabilitation and prevention. Prevention includes the cardio fitness preparation of athletes and various forms of training programs, which includes FIFA 11+. The aim of this paper is to show the advantages of the aforementioned program - FIFA 11+, and its distribution in all levels and ages of football. Various studies on the subject will also be presented. This program is well accepted in the world of football, it is easy to use and accessible to all quality levels.
