Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati model prema kojem bi se na vrijeme orijentiralo i usmjeravalo djecu u one sportove koji odgovaraju njihovim antropološkim karakteristikama. Kroz određivanje antropološkog statusa djece testovima za procjenu morfoloških karakteristika, motoričkih, funkcionalnih i kognitivnih sposobnosti te konativnog statusa odnosno osobina ličnosti, a uz definiranje čimbenika uspješnosti u određenim vrstama kinezioloških aktivnosti te njihovo međusobno povezivanje i uspoređivanje, omogućilo bi pravovremeno otkrivanje sportskih talenata te u konačnici rezultiralo povećanjem broja vrhunskih sportaša kako u našoj državi tako i u cijelom svijetu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to present a model according to which children would be oriented in time and directed to those sports that correspond to their anthropological characteristics. By determining the anthropological status of children with tests to assess morphological characteristics, motor, functional and cognitive abilities and conative status or personality traits, and by defining success factors in certain types of kinesiological activities and their interconnection and comparison, would enable timely detection of sports talents and ultimately resulted in an increase in the number of top athletes both in our state and around the world.
